Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 
UI/UX & Graphic Designer
 in Pune.
We are seeking a talented 
UI/UX & Graphic Designer

with 
5-8 years of professional experience

to join our team. If you are a creative problem-solver passionate about the intersection of aesthetics and functionality, this is your opportunity to manage the entire design lifecycle—from initial user research and wireframing to final high-fidelity UI and compelling marketing graphic production. We need a designer who can truly blend intuitive digital experiences with stunning visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Interface (UI) Design:

Create clear, engaging, and consistent user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user interaction and accessibility.
- User Experience (UX) Design:

Conduct user research, define user flows, develop wireframes, and build interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions.
- Graphic Production:

Design high-quality digital and print graphics, including marketing materials, social media assets, and branding elements.
- Design System Management:

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure brand consistency

across all product and marketing channels.
- Collaboration & Iteration:

Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, beautiful, and functional designs.

Qualification:

  • Experience:

5-8 years of professional experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Software Proficiency:

Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma (or Sketch/XD), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Core Principles:

Strong foundational knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and contemporary UX/UI principles.
- Portfolio:

A strong, current portfolio showcasing diverse projects in both digital product design (UI/UX) and graphic/visual design.
- Soft Skills:

Excellent ability to articulate design decisions, receive feedback gracefully, and present concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Prototyping:

Demonstrated ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct basic usability testing.
