Summary:

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital products by deeply understanding user needs and behaviors. Experience: 4-7 years

Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead UX design initiatives and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and apply methodologies to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to guide product strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a minimum of 3 years in UX-specific roles.
  • Proven expertise in both UI and UX design primary skills in UI, with strong secondary capabilities in UX.
  • Proficiency in user experience design principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Demonstrated ability to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education required).
  • Must be based in the Pune office and available for on-site work.
