We're Hiring: Senior HR Professional | Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced
HR Professional
to join our team in
Gurgaon
. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence to manage the complete employee lifecycle — from onboarding to payroll, HRIS, compliance, and employee engagement.

This role demands someone who has built a strong professional network, maintains an active presence in the HR community, and demonstrates thought leadership through their posts and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end HR operations
    , including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure smooth
    HRIS management
    , policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Drive
    employee engagement
    , retention, and performance initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
  • Support leadership in HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience
    in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
  • Proven expertise in
    payroll, HRIS systems, and compliance management
    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated
    online professional presence
    (LinkedIn or other platforms) with good reach and engagement.
  • Experience working with
    fast-growing or startup environments
    is preferred.
