Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding and training programs, handling employee grievances, and evaluating performance. The manager will also work on developing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage employee relations and handle grievances
- Experience in performance management and employee evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
