Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing any employee issues or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management
  • Experience in training and development, and policy implementation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
