Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks involve developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling workplace conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Experience in a similar HR role is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
