Job Role : Quality Executive

Role & responsibilities :

-Quality management system: Develop and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.

-Audits and inspections: Plan and perform internal quality audits to assess adherence to procedures.

-Corrective actions: Investigate quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances. Conduct root cause analysis to recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

-Process improvement: Monitor and analyze quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

-Training and communication: Educate and train employees on quality standards and best practices. Communicate findings and progress to senior management and other departments.

-Compliance and documentation: Ensure all quality activities comply with relevant regulations and legal standards. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including inspection reports and quality records.

-Supplier management: In some industries, evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Required skills and Qualifications

-Experience: Proven experience in a quality management, quality control, or quality assurance role within the relevant industry.

-Education: A bachelor's degree

-Analytical skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail to identify and resolve issues.

-Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train other employees.

-Leadership: The ability to motivate and lead teams and to influence others to adopt a culture of quality.

-Computer proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized quality management software.
