Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Quality Control – Formulation team. The role involves analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples as per approved specifications and procedures.
  • Perform analysis using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Tester, etc.
  • Prepare and review analytical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all laboratory activities comply with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.).
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviation investigations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and R&D for smooth workflow.
  • Participate in regulatory and internal audits, and support audit readiness of the QC lab.
  • Maintain records and documents as per Data Integrity and ALCOA+ principles.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Experience: 1–7 years in Quality Control (Formulation) in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (especially HPLC, GC).
  • Knowledge of ICH guidelines, cGMP, and regulatory norms.
  • Good documentation practices and exposure to analytical method validation is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team collaboration.
