Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durgapur for a Sales Manager at Bajaj Life. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales team to achieve business targets, developing effective sales strategies, monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, and establishing relationships with customers and partners. Regular tasks include training and motivating team members, analyzing sales performance, and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making processes. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and strive to enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, developing and managing sales teams, and driving sales growth
  • Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and meeting revenue targets
  • Proficiency in data analysis for tracking and optimizing team performance
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve their potential
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
