Role Overview
We are supporting an EdTech company in hiring an Inside Sales Manager, who will lead the end-to-end admissions and inquiry management function. This role will be managing the Learning Coordinators who handle student and parent interactions, ensuring that every inbound inquiry is tracked, nurtured, and converted with consistency and quality.
The role requires strong process ownership, data discipline, and the ability to guide a frontline team toward meeting enrolment goals. While the Learning Coordinators manage most conversations, the Manager remains accountable for the overall funnel, stepping in when needed and ensuring that every lead progresses smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support Learning Coordinators across centers to ensure high-quality conversations and consistent follow-ups.
- Oversee the complete inbound admissions funnel, from inquiry capture to conversion, with clear ownership of pipeline movement.
- Allocate leads appropriately, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely action on all student and parent inquiries.
- Step in for escalations or critical cases and guide the team toward effective closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, dashboards, and reports that give leadership full visibility of funnel health and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-building for Learning Coordinators.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead flow quality, enquiry management processes, and student experience.
Requirements
- Experience in admissions, inbound sales, business development, or enrolment operations, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to improve team performance through structure and coaching.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, lead management processes, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (education-sector exposure preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
