Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell services.
- Explain benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team and management on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Persuasive, confident, and energetic attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good command of English and local/regional language(s).

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Team player with good time management skills.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Office-based depending on business requirements
Salary:
- Fixed base salary + performance-based incentives / commissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
