Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell services.
  • Explain benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-up on inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the team and management on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and energetic attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Good command of English and local/regional language(s).

  • Team player with good time management skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Office-based depending on business requirements

Salary:

  • Fixed base salary + performance-based incentives / commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
