Tele Caller Executive

A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, provide customer support, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details and status.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and scripts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good command of English and/or regional languages.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Work Environment
- Work from office
- Monday to Friday 10:30AM to 7:30PM
- Saturday : 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹36,800.34 per month
