**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a minimum of 150 minutes of outbound calls daily to potential customers.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
- Follow up on leads and conduct thorough qualification to determine sales potential.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
