Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth in the construction market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing commercial/industrial/residential construction projects and managing client relationships from initial lead to contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects through proactive business development and market analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) and manage the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate project proposals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven construction sales/business development experience, with a successful track record of closing projects.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, project delivery methods, and contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Business).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹745, ₹1,175,796.47 per year
