Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and support activities.
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets, petty cash, and basic financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support management with reporting, documentation, and meeting coordination.
  • Create a positive, professional, and disciplined office environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in office administration/management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A credible and trustworthy personality with professional ethics.
