Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled, AI-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can manage everything end-to-end — from strategy to execution — without depending on a team.
This is a complete individual-contributor role for someone who can plan, create, promote, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns independently using AI tools and automation.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in AI-based SEO, AI-assisted content creation, and campaign optimization using data and machine intelligence. You will be fully responsible for establishing, executing, and scaling our digital presence using modern, AI-powered techniques.
Key Responsibilities1. AI-Based Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies leveraging AI analytics and automation.
Use AI for audience segmentation, competitor analysis, keyword prediction, and trend forecasting.
Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing activities.
2. AI-Driven SEO & Website OptimizationPerform AI-based SEO using advanced tools (e.g., SurferSEO, SEMrush AI, Jasper SEO).
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata based on AI recommendations.
Track ranking improvements, backlinks, and engagement through data-driven insights.
3. Content Creation & Branding (AI-Powered)Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , etc.) for creating blogs, ad copies, captions, and email content.
Maintain brand tone consistency across all platforms.
Generate creative visuals or concepts using AI design tools when required.
4. Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns using AI-based targeting and automation.
Conduct AI-powered A/B testing, performance analysis, and audience retargeting.
Monitor CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
5. Social Media & EngagementManage all company social handles using AI scheduling and analytics tools.
Plan engaging campaigns with data-driven insights.
Use AI dashboards to track performance and growth.
6. Email Marketing & AutomationCreate AI-assisted email campaigns, automated workflows, and segmentation.
Optimize delivery rates, open rates, and click-throughs using predictive AI analytics.
7. Analytics & ReportingUtilize AI dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and AI-enhanced tools) to monitor KPIs.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
Required Skills & ToolsMandatory: Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools for marketing.
Mandatory: Expertise in AI-based SEO.
Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console
SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Ubersuggest, or any AI-integrated SEO tool
AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, , Writesonic, HubSpot AI, Midjourney (optional)
Email Tools: Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot
Design: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (AI-enhanced tools preferred)
Excellent content writing, communication, and analytical skills
Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
Must be able to independently manage end-to-end digital marketing without a team.
Deep understanding of AI marketing tools and AI-based SEO — mandatory.
Creative thinker with analytical ability and a results-driven mindset.
