Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at A.I.D.A. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to analyze account performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, ensuring the clients' needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth within the accounts.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in Account Management and Key Accounts
- Experience in Business Planning and developing strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- A total work experience of not more than 2 years.
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
