Job description
Primary & Secondary Sales, Appointing Channel Partners, Knowledge about the lighting/electrical trade, Retail mapping
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company presence in the lighting/electrical trade.
Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to strengthen distribution networks. Provide training and support to channel partners for enhancing their performance.
Market and Retail Mapping: Conduct detailed retail mapping to identify opportunities and ensure optimal product placement. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to devise effective strategies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, dealers, and distributors. Act as a liaison between the company and the trade partners to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on lighting products and technologies to provide insights and guidance to customers.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
