Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales in the assigned region, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, conducting market analysis, and providing input for product improvement. The individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Process Analysis Instrumentation and experience with liquid, gas, and process analyzers.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing on-site operations, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, analyzing sales metrics, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Project management, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or prior experience in the instrumentation industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
