We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, building tenders, planning, and scheduling within the infrastructure or construction industry. Key Responsibilities:-Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

Prepare and evaluate project plans, timelines, and cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align schedules and targets. Prepare and review tenders and assist in bid preparation.

Monitor project progress and provide timely reports and recommendations.Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables are in line with the defined scope, time, and cost. Requirements:-Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related).5–8 years of proven experience in project planning and control.

Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel. Experience in handling construction/building/infrastructure projects. Knowledge of contract and tender management.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
