Civil Project Engineer Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Project Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in construction or project management.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects.

  • Support senior project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.
  • Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
