Purpose of the Job

  • Responsible for the implementation of marketing activities locally in India by ensuring that materials (brochures, webinars, relevant local content) are developed and ensuring that planned activities (i.e. in-house seminars / trade shows) are conducted successfully.
  • Support with business development activities, including strengthening Nouryon's commercial relationships with customers
  • Serve as an independent voice for the customers, provide inputs for market trends and product development.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support the development of marketing materials by collaborating with technical and sales colleagues.
  • Support business development activities in India, including developing commercial relationship developments with customer.
  • Support with market intelligence activities including analytics on local market conditions and competitors when required.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of trade show and in- house customer seminars.
  • Serves as an independent voice for customer's needs and provide inputs for new product development activities.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

  • Degree with an ability to understand Agrochemicals/ Chemical or food background.
  • Graduate or 2-4 years' experience.
  • Effective collaborative/ listening skills.
  • Ability to think independently vs just doing what you are being told.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English with good analytic skills.
