Job Title: Organic Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Organic Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive consistent, high-quality traffic through non-paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media growth, and community engagement strategies that help attract and retain audiences organically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and content platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to plan blogs, videos, and posts optimized for engagement and visibility.
  • Manage organic social media growth across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Track organic performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic) and generate reports.
  • Build and nurture online communities through consistent interaction and valuable content.
  • Collaborate with design and performance teams to ensure content consistency across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest organic growth trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in organic marketing, SEO, or social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, shareable content.
  • Experience in building and managing online communities is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of content marketing funnels and organic lead generation.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Trello for campaign management.
