Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive (Events) to join our team. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and activations across BASL lounges. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in event management, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, activations, and promotions within BASL lounges.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement event strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B, guest relations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for event-related requirements.
  • Support in designing and executing digital and offline marketing collaterals for events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Assist in building brand awareness through innovative event concepts and campaigns.
  • Ensure events comply with BASLs brand guidelines and customer experience standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality industry .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and event management software will be an added advantage.
