Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/Sales Executive for Indore location. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, preparing sales reports, and handling negotiations and closing deals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with a focus on the building materials industry
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in creating promotional materials and sales reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus
