HR and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records (e.g., personal data, attendance, performance).
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and ensure the completion of necessary documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR-related reports as required.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
