Roles & Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support department heads in goal-setting and evaluation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Support training and development programs for skill enhancement and career growth.
2. Administrative Management
- Manage company facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations.
- Supervise procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Handle vendor management and service contracts (rent agreements, maintenance, etc.).
- Manage travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
- Maintain records for assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, and compliance agencies when required.
3. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure company's compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain updated records of licenses, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.
- Implement safety, health, and environment (SHE) policies within the workplace.
4. Strategic & Reporting Functions
- Prepare monthly HR and Admin MIS reports for management review.
- Contribute to manpower planning and budgeting.
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and CSR activities.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Promote a positive and ethical work culture.
- Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and government offices when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹67,466.07 per month
