Business Development Manager

We are hiring Business Development Manager to expand its investment banking portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new clients, managing relationships, and supporting IPO and M&A deal origination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IPO, M&A, and fund-raising.
- Generate leads through corporate outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, CFOs, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Assist in pitching investment banking services to potential clients.
- Track ongoing deals and ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain a strong understanding of capital market trends and competitors.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare pitch books and marketing materials.
- Support leadership in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Represent the firm in conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate client data management.
