Salesforce Developer (Remote | Night Shift)

Location: Work From Home

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. You will work in a night shift role (7 PM–3 AM IST) with a focus on code quality, performance optimization, and seamless deployments using tools like Copado or Salesforce DevOps Center.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
  • Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders
  • Build and optimize business logic in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules
  • Refactor existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Deploy changes using DevOps tools such as Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center, or similar
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
  • Write comprehensive unit tests to maintain high code coverage and prevent regressions
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in a timely manner

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security/sharing model, and governor limits
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization
  • Knowledge of code refactoring principles and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP integrations
  • Experience with Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center, or other CI/CD tools
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and scratch orgs
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end customizations.
