We are seeking a results-driven and proactive
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing SaaS team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales of software-based solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various online channels (LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, or social media to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant SaaS solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Arrange product demos and coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams as needed.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Keep up to date with product features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead flow and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS domain.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to international clients (especially in the US, UK, or APAC regions).
  • Familiarity with software sales cycles and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
