Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager
to lead our sales initiatives and expand our client base in the IT solutions and services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for developing strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (software, cloud, IoT, and IT infrastructure).
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to meet revenue goals and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed IT Services.
- Exposure to B2B enterprise sales.
- Established network of corporate and government clients.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
