Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth in the IT solutions and services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, including software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software products, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed IT Services.

Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.

Existing network of enterprise clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹39,091.12 per month
