Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Madurai. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, performing inside sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, contacting potential clients, and representing the company's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
  • Experience in the software industry is beneficial
