Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Power Platform Online Trainer to deliver high-quality virtual training sessions on Microsoft's Power Platform suite. The trainer will be responsible for teaching learners how to build apps, automate workflows, visualize data, and create business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Train learners in key tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, etc.
  • Develop and update training content, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
  • Provide real-time demonstrations and guide learners through practical, scenario-based exercises.
  • Offer individual support and doubt-clarification during and after sessions.
  • Assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices.
  • Customize training modules based on participant skill levels (beginner to advanced).
  • Create and share learning materials, reference guides, and project templates.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools.
  • Practical knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, cloud flows, model-driven apps, and canvas apps.
  • Experience creating dashboards, automation workflows, and custom business solutions.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor (online or offline) is preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and integrations is an added advantage.
