About the Role

As a
Practice Lead – Power Platform
at
Cetas Information Technology Pvt Ltd
, you will lead our Microsoft Power Platform practice—driving strategy, delivery excellence, and innovation across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable, low-code/no-code enterprise solutions that empower our clients' digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the
    Power Platform practice
    , setting the vision, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, consultants, and solution architects.
  • Own
    solution design, architecture, and delivery
    for Power Platform projects.
  • Collaborate with presales and sales teams to
    build proposals, PoCs, and demos
    for potential clients.
  • Ensure
    solution quality, performance, and governance
    across Power Platform environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure
    trends and innovations.
  • Drive reusable component and accelerator development to enhance project delivery speed and consistency.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years (with minimum 4+ years in Power Platform)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    leading and delivering Power Platform solutions
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Strong understanding of
    Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure integration
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Custom Connectors
    .
  • Expertise in
    Power Platform administration, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
    , and governance.
  • Strong understanding of
    data modeling, security roles, and business rules
    in Dataverse.
  • Experience in building
    enterprise-grade low-code/no-code applications
    .
  • Excellent leadership, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in
    Power Platform or Dynamics 365
    are an added advantage.
