Job Description – Power Platform Developer (with Power BI expertise)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Power Platform Developer
with strong expertise across
Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable low-code/no-code solutions that address critical business needs, while ensuring compliance, performance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement applications and workflows using
    Power Apps
    and
    Power Automate
    .
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards using
    Power BI
    , including data modeling and DAX.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and extend out-of-the-box functionalities with connectors, APIs, and custom components.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft ecosystem services (SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook) and external systems.
  • Create data models, configure business rules, and develop forms for enhanced user experience.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and usability of applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting, support, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance and security policies.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on emerging Power Platform features, including
    Copilot, AI models, and next-gen automation
    .

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience
    in designing and delivering enterprise solutions, with at least
    3–4 years hands-on
    in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience in
    Power Apps
    (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Power Automate
    (cloud flows, RPA, triggers, custom connectors).
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI
    (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
  • Experience with
    Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 integrations
    .
  • Familiarity with APIs, custom connectors, and REST/JSON.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Power Platform.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of
    Copilot and AI-enabled Power Platform features
    (preferred).

Commercials & Engagement Model

  • Rate:
    ₹
    1.2 Lakhs per month
    (staff augmentation basis).
  • Engagement Type:
    Open-ended
    — resource will continue as long as required, with exit governed by notice period (typically 30 days).
