Key responsibilities

  • Design and build canvas and model-driven Power Apps to solve business challenges and improve user experience.
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and integrate systems.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders; translate requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Extend out-of-the-box capabilities using connectors, REST APIs, custom components and Power Platform Component Framework (PCF).
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems.
  • Define data models, configure business rules and create user forms to enforce business logic and improve usability.
  • Monitor solution performance, implement optimizations, and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deploy updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain solution documentation, follow governance and security policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Deliver end-user training and create user guides to enable adoption and self-service.
  • Stay current with new Power Platform capabilities and AI features (Co-pilot, AI model integrations) and evaluate opportunities to incorporate them.

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook and external systems.
  • Knowledge of connectors, REST APIs, PCF and custom component development.
  • Good understanding of data modelling, business rules, and application lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and training skills.
  • Familiarity with governance, security and compliance for low-code platforms.
