Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Trainer / Electrical Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to our site staff, technicians, and professionals in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, HVAC systems, safety protocols, and relevant regulations, as well as a passion for teaching and developing others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electrical training aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Instruct site staffs in both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical systems, HVAC systems, including wiring, circuits, schematics, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct hands-on training using tools, equipment, and simulators.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
  • Ensure training content is up to date with current codes, staffs and technological developments.
  • Maintain training records, assessments, and test documentation.
  • Foster a positive, engaging and safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and management to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of practical experience in the electrical trade. Prior experience in training or instructional roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning needs and skill levels.
