We are looking for a Technical Trainer for Smart Infrastructure Building Cloud Software Solutions, to be hired in Chennai, India within the Siemens Foundational Technologies organization.

Your Challenge

As Technical Trainer your mission will be to ensure effective knowledge transfer and successful training delivery within Siemens Smart Infrastructure's technical environment.

You'll make a difference by:

• Driving the planning and implementation of training concepts and offerings on a global scale.
• Providing support in project management and communication towards relevant collaborators.
• Collaborating and communicating with Product Management in HQ to define learning module contents and align on training roadmap.
• Collaborating and connecting with Delivery, Sales and Pre-Sales organizations worldwide to collect requirement needs for training, suggestions for enhancement and to align training availability and readiness.
• Updating and maintain training material based on product release.
• Defining and supporting content creation for technical digital learnings and review them.
• Maintaining and enhancing the training lab environment needed for instructor led trainings.
• Planning, preparing and delivering remote instructor-led trainings or in-person trainings (globally) based on business requirement.

You'll win us over by:

• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.
• 3 yrs to 5 yrs experience in Software-driven business with experience in delivering Technical / Product trainings, Knowledge / Know-How transfers.
• Intermediate level knowledge in IT, Networking, Cloud (SaaS).
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role (Both Spoken & Written).
• Being a good team player.
• Ability to work in an agile changing environment.
• Passion to never-stop learning and growing.
• Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness in the team and willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
