Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging MSP Online Trainer to deliver high-quality virtual training on the Managing Successful Programmes framework. The trainer will be responsible for helping learners understand MSP principles, governance themes, transformational flow, and real-world programme management applications. The ideal candidate should have strong training skills, practical programme management experience, and a passion for guiding learners toward MSP certification success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver interactive online training sessions on the MSP framework (latest edition).
  • Teach core MSP concepts including principles, governance themes, organizational roles, and the transformational flow.
  • Provide practical examples, case studies, and exercises to help learners apply MSP in real scenarios.
  • Prepare and share high-quality training materials, presentations, and study guides.
  • Assist learners with MSP exam preparation, including sample questions and clarifications.
  • Conduct live sessions, Q&A discussions, assessments, and feedback sessions.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide personalized guidance for improvement.
  • Stay updated with changes in MSP framework and integrate them into training materials.
  • Coordinate with training coordinators, academic teams, and support staff to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain high engagement and satisfaction levels throughout the training program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) framework.
  • MSP Foundation/Practitioner certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in programme management or project delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running large-scale transformation programs.
  • Exposure to other project/programme management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • Ability to create case studies, quizzes, and learning resources.
