Job Title: Intern Inside Sales
Location: Onsite – Noida
Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Eligibility: Freshers can apply
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to kickstart their career in sales, customer interaction, and business development. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-up details.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely communication and closure support.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Requirement:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written (English and Hindi).
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
