About the Role
AstroSageAI, Indias #1 astrology portal and app with 70M+ downloads and a legacy of trust, is looking for a Growth & Monetization Manager to drive customer acquisition, optimize user journeys, and maximize revenue across our E-Commerce & Astro Remedies vertical (Gemstones, Yantras, Malas, Vastu solutions, and other spiritual/lifestyle products).
This role will focus on scaling growth channels, designing monetization strategies, and ensuring every user touchpoint contributes to sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in growth marketing, e-commerce monetization, and digital revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates, and Influencers.
- Run A/B testing and growth experiments to improve funnel conversion rates.
Monetization & Revenue Optimization
- Design and implement pricing models, subscription plans, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Identify and scale new monetization channels (ads, partnerships, premium features).
- Monitor and optimize ARPU, LTV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and ROI.
Data-Driven Insights
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign and funnel performance.
- Generate actionable insights for budget allocation, creative analysis, and product improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to ensure profitable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Product teams to build growth loops.
- Provide reporting and insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Monetization Management.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, Affiliates).
- Proven experience in e-commerce, subscription, SaaS, or digital business models preferred.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Strong balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
