Role: Head of Growth (India)
We're looking for a
data-obsessed, experiment-driven growth leader
who can own Banxx's entire funnel — from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue.
You'll get:
A flood of inbound users daily
Strong product-market fit
Freedom to build Banxx's growth engine for the next

What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the
entire user journey
— from signup to monetization - Build
repeatable growth loops
that turn users into loyal customers - Lead
A/B tests & experiments
across WhatsApp, email, app & web - Build & lead a
high-performing growth team
(CRM, lifecycle, analytics, CRO) - Work with Product, Design & AI (Charles) to drive
personalized experiences - Partner with Data & Engineering to implement full-funnel analytics (MoEngage, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Appsflyer, etc.)
- Identify high-value cohorts & maximize revenue across
loans, cards & insurance
We're Looking For
- 7–12 years in
growth, lifecycle marketing, or product growth
at scale (fintech, edtech, e-commerce, or mobility preferred) - Proven success improving
activation, retention & LTV
at 5M+ MAU scale - Deep understanding of
growth tools & analytics platforms - Hands-on mindset — can analyze, experiment, and execute independently
- Balance of
strategic vision + data-driven execution - Experience leading
cross-functional growth teams
