Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic
Revenue Head
to drive business growth, expand global presence, and bring in marquee clients across enterprise, government, and brand sectors. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development, partnerships, and revenue optimization across our service verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a revenue growth roadmap across India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and close deals with marquee clients in
    enterprise, pharma, tech, and experience design sectors.
  • Lead partnerships and alliances with agencies, tech firms, and channel partners.
  • Develop new business verticals and pricing models for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive quarterly revenue targets with a focus on repeat business and strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in
    business development / revenue leadership
    in creative tech, XR, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing marquee enterprise clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with creative, tech, and leadership teams to shape solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and inspired by emerging technologies.
