Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Executive
to lead our
US IT Services Sales
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Driving revenue growth
Building long-term client relationships
Delivering tailored IT solutions
Conducting market analysis
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT services market
Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Provide customized IT solutions to meet client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
10–12 years of proven experience in
Sales & Business Development
(preferably in IT services)
Strong client relationship management and deal-closing skills
Expertise in creating and executing sales strategies
Strong market analysis and business intelligence capabilities
Excellent
communication, negotiation & presentation
skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience in
US IT services/technology industry
is highly desirable
Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
