We are now looking for dynamic Sales Executives with prior experience in IT sales to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales Executive, located in Hyderabad. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and developing and executing sales strategies. This role also involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing them with appropriate IT solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in IT Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and Information Technology
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in IT services or related industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities;
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Security, Cybersecurity, and Software solutions.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and position appropriate solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, presentations, solution pitching, proposal submission, to deal closure.
- Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solution offerings.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales support with the delivery team.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, cloud computing, IT security, cybersecurity, or software sales.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, cloud services (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP), IT security solutions, cybersecurity products, and ERP, enterprise software.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
