About Us:

We are an AdTech company specializing in programmatic advertising, GAM (Google Ad Manager), direct demand, and monetization strategies for publishers and advertisers. We work with top brands, agencies, and app developers to maximize ad revenue and optimize ad operations.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding publishers, advertisers, and agencies to expand our AdTech partnerships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing relationships and closing deals in the digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and engage potential publishers, ad networks, brands, and agencies for partnerships.
  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with AdTech stakeholders and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ad revenue for publishers and drive higher ROI for advertisers.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Stay updated on AdTech trends, programmatic advertising, and Google Ad Manager (GAM) best practices.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate ad deals, revenue shares, and direct demand partnerships with brands and agencies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with ad operations, account management, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-4 years in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic sales, or business development (Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to drive B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue-focused conversations.
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding of CPM, CPC, fill rates, ad revenue optimization, and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
  • Proactiveness: Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude to acquire new clients and grow accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹65,000.00 per month
