Senior Delivery Dispute Analyst

Location: Gurgaon/Naukri

Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Delivery Dispute Analyst to lead dispute resolution for restaurant delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Swiggy, Zomato). The role focuses on protecting revenue, managing financial reconciliations, and ensuring timely dispute closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dispute management across aggregator platforms; ensure no dispute is unresolved
  • Recover lost revenue via timely filing, strong evidence, and reconciliation
  • Manage a team of 510 analysts; drive KPIs (dispute rate, win rate, TAT, accuracy)
  • Handle client onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management, and regular connects
  • Prepare invoices, stakeholder decks, and coordinate with finance teams
  • Identify risks, fraud, and discrepancies in payouts vs POS systems

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Retail/Restaurant industry dispute resolution or reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of delivery aggregator platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Swiggy, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication, MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Team management and client-handling experience in a fast-paced environment
