About InfoSync
InfoSync Services (part of CogentHub) provides outsourced accounting, payroll, and financial reporting solutions to multi-unit restaurants and franchises, enabling cost savings and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Dispute Analyst (Junior) will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and resolving order disputes with third-party delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.), ensuring revenue recovery and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, submit, and resolve delivery disputes across aggregator platforms.
- Ensure timely filings and recovery within defined KPIs (TAT, accuracy, win rate).
- Perform financial reconciliation between POS sales and aggregator payouts.
- Provide evidence and documentation to support dispute cases.
- Manage shared mailbox and follow up on client issues.
- Support senior analysts in reporting and client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in retail/restaurant industry with aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and client support skills.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environments.
