Customer Service and Financial Transaction Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Cash Application:
- Apply customer payments to corresponding invoices, maintaining accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, communicating with customers as necessary.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Assess financial disputes related to payments, billing errors, or other transactions.
- Analyze and investigate disputes, recommending resolutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Process Improvement:
- Leverage technology tools to optimize dispute resolution processes.
- Develop enhancements to dispute management workflows, improving efficiency and resolution time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with dispute management and cash application software.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in order processing, invoicing, cash application, credit management, or dispute resolution.
